With food insecurity rates very high, food pantries across the country will face great demands this holiday season. To help meet the demand during this busy holiday season, food pantries will require more than just meals to help families in need to put food on their tables. In support of local food pantries across the country, this December, Walmart will empower customers and associates to take part in the Food Pantry Holiday Makeovers campaign and help award $1.5 million in grants across 75 local food pantries.
