12 Drinks of Christmas, Day 13! Alacran Mezcal + Reposado Tequila Step It Up!
It’s Day 13 of the 12 Drinks of Christmas! We met the end last night and I still have a few recipes to share plus save a few for first true weekend in January since it’s such a busy weekend ahead. We have LOTS of cocktails to share and also to sip.
Alacran has some amazing tequilas and mezcal are stunning with their complexity and quality of production and presentation!
BLOODY ALACRAN COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS
45 ml Mezcal Alacran
1 part lemon juice
3 parts organic tomato juice
A dash of Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce
** Skip the Tabasco and use Gringo Bandito Hot Sauces (Green, Red and SUPER-HOT) Find it on Amazon.com and a local mass super-market near you!
The zip from any of the sauces make such a difference and will set off the Alacran Mezcal really well!
Ice Cubes
PREPARATION
Mix all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
Serve and fill with ice. Add a pinch of seat salt and fresh black pepper.
Rim with salt and garnish with Bacon and lime.
