FIERY PEPPER MARGARITA
Ingredients:
3 oz Alacran Tequila – infused with rokz Fiery Pepper Infusion
3 oz lime juice
2 oz Orange Liqueur
1 slice Orange
1 slice Lime
1/2 tsp agave syrup
Pre-drink mixing preparation:
1 (or more) rokz Fiery Pepper Infusion
INFUSING: Follow directions that come with your rokz Fiery Pepper Infusion pack- don’t forget to get the absolutely correct sizes of bottles to use. The infusion takes a a bit– but the key to any infusion is to swirl the ingredients in the bottle every single day. Once the flavor reaches desired strength you are ready to mix up a cocktail.
Ingredients of the kit:
sugar, black, white, green and pink peppercorns, de arbol peppers (These peppers are spicy!), spices
16 oz glass bottle,
pourer top
Garnish:
rokz Lime Infused Margarita Salt
Garnish with lime wedge
Preparation:
Infuse Alacran Tequila with the rokz Fiery Pepper Infusion kit.
Place the orange and lime slice in the bottom of the shaker, add syrup and muddle. Add the Fiery Pepper Infused Tequila, Orange Liqueur, and lime juice. Shake well. Rub the rim of your glass with a wedge of lime and roll in the rokz Lime Infused Margarita Salt. Fill the glass with ice and pour the shaker content over it. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Note this is Fiery. For a little less spice use half infused tequila and half non-infused tequila.
