THE FEDERAL LONG BEACH TRAVELS TO THE CITY OF LOVE THIS APRIL
Lunch Prix Fixe, Dinner Prix Fixe, and Cognac Flights Inspired by Paris, France
WHAT:
The Federal Long Beach is taking their second flight, and for April, they are heading to Paris, France while staying in Downtown Long Beach. They’re offering culinary flights via a Lunch Prix Fixe, Dinner Prix Fixe, and Cognac menu options
The Federal Long Beach starts things off with an optional appetizer of Duck Confit Macaroni and Cheese for $15.
The Lunch Prix Fixe will include
–a Soupe Du Jour or Salade Du Jour,
–French Onion Dip Sandwich,
–a delicious Strawberry and White Chocolate Millefeuille for dessert for $25.
The Dinner Prix Fixe is a $35 three-course meal with choice of soup or salad,
–the choice between Steak Au Poivre topped with a cognac mustard sauce or Coq Au Vin with pappardelle noodles and asparagus,
–the Strawberry and White Chocolate Millefeuille for the final course.
Cognac Flight:
Most importantly, The Federal offers three Cognac pours for $20 consisting of
-Maison Rouge VS,
-Cognac Park VS,
-Remy Martin 1738.

The Federal will be serving this delicious culinary voyage from their 1920’s RenaissanceRevival bank building in the heart of Downtown Long Beach.
(And it’s gorgeous inside. The ceilings are insanely high, the bar is fabulous. Everything about this restaurant is gorgeous!)
