There are days when you might need to give your coffee a bit of a “jump start!”
“Bearly Awake” —BEARFACE Canadian Whisky
Ingredients:
-
1 oz coffee liqueur
-
0.5 oz simple syrup
-
1 oz coffee
-
Ice
Directions:
Shake, stir, strain, and top with espresso beans.
“Proper Irish Coffee”–Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey

Ingredients:

1.25 oz Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey
-
0.5 oz Ancho Reyes
-
0.25 oz Giffard crème de sacao

0.25 oz 2:1 Demerara syrup

3.5 oz coffee
Directions:
Build in a snifter,
Stir all ingredients,
Top with whipped cream,
Garnish with grated nutmeg and pocky stick
“Chipotle Irish Coffee”–Tanteo Tequila
Ingredients:
-
5 oz espresso
-
0.5 teaspoon granulated white sugar
-
1 teaspoon brown sugar
-
Whipped cream for topping
Directions:
Add fresh coffee to the glass,
Stir in white and brown sugar until dissolved.
Add Tanteo Chipotle Tequila and stir.
Top with whipped cream.
“Irish Coffee Colada—Glendalough Distillery

Ingredients:

1 oz cold brew concentrate
-
0.5 oz velvet falernum
-
0.5 oz coconut cream
-
0.25 oz banana liquore
Method:
Get a tall glass and add the Glendalough Double Barrel Whiskey and cold brew concentrate.
Mix this gently and thoroughly.
Add in the vebelt Falerum and the expresso liquore (Galliano Ristretto) to the glass
and mix gently.
Add the banana liquore and stir gently,
Add the coconut cream and stir gently again.
You should have some coconut cream for the topping as well.
Stir the glass again and serve!
“Night Cap”–Crystal Head Vodka
Ingredients:

2 oz Crystal Head Vodka
-
1 oz chilled espresso
-
0.5 oz coffee liqueur
-
0.25 oz simple syrup
Directions:
Add Crystal Head Vodka, espresso, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously over ice for 10-15 seconds.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with grated dark chocolate and 3 espresso beans.
“Cold Fashioned”–Starward Australian Whisky
Ingredients:

2 oz Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur
-
1 dash of orange bitters
Directions:
Combine all in a mixing glass with ice and stir until very cold.
Serve in a rocks glass over 1 large rock with orange zest.
“The Adult Iced Coffee”–St. George Spirits
Ingredients:
-
0.75 oz cream or milk of choice
Directions:
Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled,
Then strain into a tall glass over ice.
“Torres Presso”–Torres Brandy
Ingredients:
-
2 oz. Torres 10
-
Ice
-
0.5 oz. sugar or sugar syrup
-
1 oz. Espresso coffees
-
Coffee beans
Directions:
Shake the shaker vigorously.
Strain and serve just the liquid in a glass.
Decorate with coffee beans.
These cocktails are exceptionally creative. They are very tasty for one person, but even better when you are having a group of friends coming over!
