The Allstars with Governor Schwarzenegger
Audemars Piguet celebrated its 8-year partnership with the After-School All-Stars Foundation founded by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. Audemars Piguet presented the Foundation with a check for $1.5 million.
At the gala following the press conference, four unique Audemars Piguet watches (each bearing the Seal of Governor of the State of California) were up for auction.
The Collection
An additional $312,500 was raised for the After-School All-Stars Foundation from the sale of the timepieces.
The collaboration between the legendary watch manufacturer and Schwarzenegger began in 2000. The result of their efforts has not only produced several iconic limited-edition timepieces highly sought after by collectors around the world but also raised millions of dollars and brought much needed awareness to Schwarzenegger’s personal charity, Arnold’s After-School All-Stars.
