Trae Bodge was one of the three founding partners of Three Custom Color Specialists! As Creative Director, Trae was always busy mixing up new colors and palettes in tune not only with skintones but with seasonal trends.
After 14 years of being with the same company, Trae felt the need to stretch her wings and left 3CCS to start blazing a trail of her own which not only is fashion and beauty-oriented but has taken her on a new journey down different paths that she never expected to go but has found knowledge, direction and lots of interest in a diverse range of topics from real estate to travel; winter foods to parenting tips and lots more.
This podcast came about because Trae connected with me on Linkedin.com. To tell you that I was shocked and surprised is an understatement but immediately I responded and within a couple of hours we were on the phone talking. And talk we did for more than an hour– about a range of topics that go far beyond what you hear on this podcast.
There’s a lot to gain from this podcast. It takes a lot of courage to step out of something safe and comfortable to find a new way to challenge oneself the way that Trae Bodge has done. I have to applaud her for that because I find it intensely inspiring. She’s already consulting and has two books she is working on shows that she has a lot to offer and a lot more sitting in the back of her mind “percolating”.
While I know that this podcast ended a bit abruptly– the conversation went in an entirely different direction that made little sense when I listened to it- there’s more to come from Trae Bodge.
