Here’s a short curated collection of cocktails featuring some Italian liquors and liqueurs. These will be really interesting and fun to mix up for Memorial Day cocktails!
Georgia Peach Martini- 2 SERVINGS
Ingredients:
3 ounces Skyy Vodka (or preferred)
1.5 ounces peach liqueur ( Pallino Peach liqueur)
1 cup peach slices (Fresh and peeled)
1/2 cup crushed ice
1/4 cup raspberries
3 tablespoons cranberry juice
Method:
Muddle the peach slices into a shaker,
Add in the Pallino Peach liqueur and your vodka of choice
Add ice into the shaker and shake about 30-40 seconds.
Add in the cranberry juice and stir
Pour over ice into a tall glass.
Add the raspberries as a garnish.
PEACH BOURBON TEA

INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz Bourbon
.75 oz Pallini Peachcello
.5 oz Fresh lemon juice
3 oz Unsweetened Iced tea
Garnish – Lemon Wheel.
Method:
- Build all ingredients over ice in a highball glass and stir gently.
- Garnish with a lemon

(Or you are a very fast typist) to get this entire recipe. It’s going to be killer.
Use Nocello as the nut liqueur.
“The Monte Mule”
Ingredients:
2 Parts Amaro Montenegro
2 Parts Ginger Beer
1 Part Lime Juice
Method:
Mix all parts into a shaker with ice.
Shake for about 20-30 seconds,
Strain into a copper mug or into a highball glass with ice!
Southern Nocello Nights– Author: Mandy Landefeld
Ingredients
- 2 oz Good Whiskey (I used Southern Rye Whiskey)
- 1 oz Nocello Walnut Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Amaro
- 3 dashes Walnut Bitters (I used Fee Brothers)
- 1 oz Lemon Juice (Freshly Squeezed)
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously,
Strain into a glass with one oversized ice cube.
The array of cocktails in this post is really different because I feel that the Italian liquors and liqueurs have a unique presentation of the spirit and that it’s worth trying.. especially on a 3 day holiday weekend!
