Thanks to AYO Almond Milk Yogurt , I was sent the four flavors of yogurt: vanilla, strawberry, peach and blueberry. I was able to try all four flavors. What I love about this yogurt is that it’s a plant-based yogurt that is dairy-free. I was shocked to find a yogurt that was dairy free taste this good. The texture is quite delicate. It’s not a gelatinous yogurt that needs to be mixed to really assess the texture. Once you open the lid, you find the yogurt is soft and has a delicate taste of the fruit along with a different yogurt type of taste. After all, it’s made from plants – NOT dairy! I tried all 4 flavors. I am a fan of the peach and the blueberry. The strawberry was ok but when I added some sliced strawberries into it, this became a real treat. I am not a vanilla flavor fan. I found the vanilla ok, but it’s not a flavor I would choose unless I was using it as a part of a dessert recipe like a parfait with fruit and other stuff mixed.
If you are vegan, or want/need a non-dairy product, this is ideal. If you are KETO or Paleo, please note that there is sugar in this product! More than just the sugar that is typical of fruit, there is added sugar to this product. I think this product is worth having but if you are a strict Paleo or KETO, you might want to use this as a treat.
