Ingredients:
- ½ oz Absente | Absinthe Refined
- 1 ½ oz mezcal

- 1 oz horchata syrup
- 1 oz lime juice
Method:
Shake with ice, strain, and serve it up.
Gentle Revolution
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Absente | Absinthe Refined
- 1 ½ oz mezcal
- ½ oz Becherovka
- ¼ oz simple syrup
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- 3 dashes orange flower water
Method:
Shake ingredients with ice and strain,
Serve over pebble ice with a cherry.
