Cocktails featuring Los Arango Tequila
Originally crafted to honor Jose Doroteo Arango, better known as Pancho Villa, for defending his people against the tyrants in the Mexican Revolution, Los Arango was born in his family name. Today, we continue to honor this triumphant moment in Mexican history throughout every batch of Los Arango tequila. It is made from 100% Blue Weber Agave, harvested just steps away from the Hacienda Corralejo where it’s fired in clay ovens and fermented with a specialty yeast strain. It’s then double distilled, bottled in blown glass, and hand-finished with premium leather, metal, and wood accents all onsite at the Hacienda. Los Arango’s line of authentic offerings includes Blanco ($45.99), Reposado ($50) and Ańejo ($62). Spicy Ginger Margarita
Ingredients:
2 ounces Los Arango Blanco
1 ounce lime juice
½ ounce ginger simple syrup
3 slices fresh cut jalapeño
Tajín for rim
Method:
Rim your glass with Tajín
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
Shake to chill and combine ingredients
Fine strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
Garnish & Enjoy!
Strawberry Basil Paloma
Ingredients:
2 ounces Los Arango Reposado
1 ounce grapefruit juice
½ ounce agave syrup
2 chopped strawberries
5 basil leaves
Soda to top
Smoked sea salt for rim
Method:
Rim your glass with smoked sea salt
Combine all ingredients except soda in a cocktail shaker with ice
Shake to chill and combine ingredients
Fine strain into a hi-ball glass over fresh ice
Top with soda
Garnish & Enjoy!
Los Arango Rose
Ingredients:
2 ounces Los Arango Añejo
¾ ounce lime juice
½ ounce agave syrup
½ ounce grenadine
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
Shake to chill and combine ingredients
Fine strain into a coupe glass
Garnish & Enjoy!

Spicy Cucumber Margarita
Ingredients:
2 ounces Corralejo Silver Tequila
4 slices of cucumber
2 slices of jalapeno
¾ ounce agave syrup
1-ounce lime juice
Method:
Rim your glass with salt
Add cucumber and jalapeno to the shaker and gently muddle
Add the rest of the ingredients to the shaker
Shake to chill and combine ingredients
Fine strain into a low-ball glass
Garnish & Enjoy!
The Mia Margarita

Ingredients:
2oz Corralejo Anejo
2oz Passion Fruit Puree
.5oz Fresh Lime Juice
.5oz House-made honey syrup
3 shakes of shichimi (Japanese 7 spice)
Garnish with blood orange wheel and shichimi
Method:
Rim your glass with Tajín
Add all ingredients except the bitters into a cocktail shaker with ice
Shake hard to chill and combine ingredients
Strain into your glass over fresh ice
Top with pineapple soda
Garnish & Enjoy!
Corralejo Tequila Spicy Pineapple Paloma
Ingredients:
2 ounces Corralejo Silver Tequila
½ ounce grapefruit juice
½ ounce lime juice
½ sliced Serrano pepper
¾ ounce agave syrup
Pineapple soda (to top)
Tajín (for rim)
Method:
Rim your glass with Tajín
Add all ingredients except the bitters into a cocktail shaker with ice
Shake hard to chill and combine ingredients
Strain into your glass over fresh ice
Top with pineapple soda
Garnish & Enjoy!
Corralejo Tequila Pineapple & Blackberry Margarita
Ingredients:
2 ounces Corralejo Reposado Tequila
1 ounce pineapple juice
1 ounce lime juice
½ ounce agave syrup
5 fresh blackberries
Salt (for rim)
Method:
Salt the rim of your glass
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice
Shake hard to chill and combine ingredients
Strain into your glass over fresh ice
Garnish & Enjoy!
Corralejo Tequila Spicy Grapefruit Sour
Ingredients:
2 ounces Corralejo Reposado Tequila
1-ounce grapefruit juice
1-ounce lime juice
½ ounce jalapeño simple syrup
1 egg white
Method:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice
Shake hard to chill and combine ingredients
Strain out ice and shake hard again
Strain into your glass
Garnish & Enjoy!
