Peatos is a relatively new product in the “junk food” snack category. I spotted Peatos in a supermarket back in 2018. I liked them a lot. They were like crispy treats with cheddar cheese and other flavorings that tasted like other junk food snacks but actually had a pretty great ingredient list! When I saw this snack, there weren’t many flavors (classic cheddar), but I was ok with that because I was a huge Cheetos fan. I liked the crunch, the cheesy flavor, and that while I had dirty fingers from popping Peatos in my mouth, I knew that the nutritional profile was MUCH better for me than any other crunchy snack I could buy.
The trick with this snack is that it has the crunch that everyone wants to have in a snack and vibrant flavors. The best part is that there is less JUNK in this new “Junk Food Snack”. The ingredients are pretty healthy with

I hope you give PEATOS a try over the holidays. I can’t remember EVER having a crunchy snack like this that has
4 grams of protein and 3 grams of fiber and not a huge amount of salt. It’s the ULTIMATE marriage of great taste, crunchy texture, and a healthy ingredient list!
