Passion Mezcal Margarita
Ingredients:
2 oz Vamonos Riendo Mezcal
2 oz passion fruit
1 oz honey
1 strawberry
Directions:
Cut passionfruit in half and place in the blender at low speed to keep the seeds intact.
Strain and shake in a shaker with Vamonos Riendo Mezcal and honey.
Pour over ice.
Garnish with a strawberry.
Sweet Tart Mezcal Margarita
Ingredients:
2 oz Vamonos Riendo Mezcal
2 oz tamarind concentrate
1 oz orange juice
1 oz honey
Directions:
Combine in a shaker.
Pour over ice.
Make Me Blush Mezcal Margarita
Ingredients:
2 oz Vamonos Riendo Mezcal
2 oz guava
3 pieces of cherry
1 oz honey
Directions:
Blend guava with water,
Add 2 ounces in a shaker with mashed strained cherries, honey, and Vamonos Riendo Mezcal.
Shake well for at least 45 seconds,
Strain the cocktails into a coupe or lowball glass
Garnish with a cherry.

Roasted Red Pepper & Pineapple Margarita

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Corralejo Silver Tequila
1/2 oz of Ancho Reyes Liqueur
1 oz lime
3/4 oz agave nectar
2 oz of roasted pineapple and red bell pepper purée.
Method:
Mix all the liquids together in a shaker with ice.
Shake for 45 seconds
Strain the liquid into a glass with ice,
Add the pineapple & red bell pepper purée
Stir twice and add a pineapple garnish.
Corralejo Classic Margarita
Ingredients:
2 oz Corralejo Silver
3⁄4 oz. Agave Nectar
1⁄2 oz. Orange Liqueur
1 oz. Lime Juice
Rocks Ice
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously.
Rim a rocks glass with salt (optional) and fill with ice.
Strain into the glass over the ice.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
Corralejo Mia Margarita
Nobu Newport Beach, 3450 Via Oporto Suite 101, Newport Beach, CA 92663
Ingredients:
2oz Corralejo Anejo
2oz Passion Fruit Puree
.5oz Fresh Lime Juice
.5oz House-made honey syrup
3 shakes of shichimi (Japanese 7 spice)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake to chill and combine ingredients.
Fine strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with blood orange wheel and shichimi.

Los Arango Cadillac Margarita
Ingredients:
2 oz. Los Arango Reposado
1 oz. Lime Juice
3⁄4 oz. Agave Nectar
1⁄2 oz. Grand Marnier
Directions:
Combine ingredients except for Grand Marnier in a shaker with ice.
Shake Vigorously.
Rim a rocks glass with salt and fill it with ice.
Hawthorne strain the cocktail over the ice and top with Grand Marnier.
Los Arango Spicy Ginger Margarita
Ingredients:
2 ounces Los Arango Blanco
1-ounce lime juice
½ ounce ginger simple syrup
3 slices fresh cut jalapeño
Tajín for rim
Directions:
Rim your glass with Tajín.
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake to chill and combine ingredients.
Fine strain into a “rocks” glass over fresh ice.
Garnish & Enjoy!
