Summer is a great time for cocktails. Having a special cocktail that is flavorful and features something new is well worth the effort of buying produce and spirits to
have the cocktails and share them with friends and family.
Dead Man’s Boots
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. High West Rendezvous Rye
- 1 oz Casa Noble Reposado Tequila
- .5 oz. fresh-squeezed lime juice
- .5 oz. simple syrup
- Ginger beer
- Lime wedge garnish
Preparation
- Add all ingredients except for ginger beer to a cocktail shaker
- Add chip ice and shake
- Strain over ice and top off with ginger beer
- Garnish with a lime wedge
Pomegranate Ginger Bubbly
Ingredients:
- 1/2 can Spicy Ginger Volley
- ½ oz. triple sec
- Juice of ½ lime
- Splash of pomegranate juice
- orange and/or lime wheel
- pomegranate seeds
Directions:
Combine 1/2 can Spicy Ginger Volley, ½ oz. triple sec, Juice of ½ lime into a cocktail shaker,
Shake thoroughly ( at least 45 seconds).
Once shaken, pour into a glass and add a splash of pomegranate juice.
Top with orange and/or lime wheel and pomegranate seeds.
Strawberry Ginger Cocktail
Ingredients:
- ½ can Spicy Ginger Volley
- 1 oz strawberry honey simple syrup
- ½ lemon
- 1 oz of Prosecco
- Strawberry slice and lemon wheel garnish
Directions: Pour ½ can of Spicy Ginger Volley into a glass.
Stir in 1 oz strawberry honey simple syrup and a squeeze of a ½ lemon.
Top with a float of prosecco
Garnish with a strawberry slice and lemon wheel.
