Halloween is just around the corner, and that means it’s time to get your popcorn ready and grab your coziest blanket. Once again, USDish.com is asking for one (un)lucky fan to watch 13 movies based on Stephen King’s most chilling novels. The King of Horror is at it again with spooky new additions to his already horrific repertoire with the recent release of Billy Summers and mini-series Lisey’s Story and Chapelwaite.
So in cele-boo-bration, we want to pay you $1,300 to witness 13 horror classics. Feeling brave? How about you get cozy with Carrie or play fetch with Cujo. Maybe take Christine for a spin and see where it takes you.
In the process, tell us how everything’s going. How’s your heart rate during the scary scenes? Which movie’s your favorite or least favorite? Here’s a breakdown of the Scream Job:
What:
We’re going to pay one individual $1,300 to track their heart rate while watching 13 Stephen King movies by Halloween once again!
(Warning: May cause nightmares and we want the winner to tell us all about it!)
Why:
There’s nothing like celebrating Halloween with the King of Horror himself. But we’re also curious: which Stephen King movie will the winner find the absolute scariest?

How:
The winner will be given a Fitbit to keep track of their heart rate while watching each film and while they sleep (if they can sleep).
They will also track their jumpscares and emotions in a task sheet.
Lights off are required, but we’ll give them a red balloon to keep them company.
