Apple Gancia Cocktail!

Apple Gancia Recipe:
Ingredients:
● 1.5 fl oz Apple Pulp (instructions below)
● ½ tsp Cinnamon
● Juice from ½ Squeezed Lime
● Gancia Prosecco Rosé DOC for topping off
● Garnish with dried apple and a cinnamon stick
Apple Pulp Method:
1. Boil 3 cored and quartered unpeeled apples in a pot for 15-20 minutes in just enough
water to cover the tops of the apples.
Be sure not to submerge the apples fully.
a. Hint:
Adding a dash of lime juice will stop them from browning
2. Once the apples cool, mash them up
3. Push the mashed apples through a fine sieve with the back of a spoon to get the pulp.
Mixing up the cocktail:
4. Combine the sifted apple pulp, cinnamon, and lime juice in a glass.
5. Top with Gancia Prosecco Rosé DOC.
6. Garnish with a piece of dried apple and a cinnamon stick for some added flair.

This cocktail is great at any time of the year, but from Thanksgiving to New Year’s this cocktail seems to be a really great fit into just about any party or even when you are wanting to have a great cocktail at home. If you make enough of the apple pulp in advance and keep it in container in your refrigerator, you would be able to whip up the cocktails within a few minutes.
