This Valentine’s Day Blend is a blend of natural process and washed process beans from high-altitude, micro-lot farms in the Colombian regions of Tolima and Huila. It is punctuated by a mix of fruity and juicy notes, with a distinct floral orange blossom note that adds dimension to this sweet and full-bodied blend.
In addition to the coffee is a box of L.A. Burdick handmade chocolates, made from the freshest ingredients with no artificial coloring and no preservatives. Each bonbon is hand-cut or shaped, hand-garnished, hand-finished, and hand-packed in their signature wooden gift box hand-tied with a ribbon and hand-stamped with a gold wax seal. The chocolate box contains approximately 18 pieces, including 1 Signature Chocolate Mouse!

Laidrey, a majority female-owned specialty coffee roastery and café, which celebrated its Grand Opening on January 7!
Laidrey is founded by Gacia Tachejian, a behavioral research scientist who started roasting as a hobby-turned-obsession. Gacia trained with Probat and David Meyer and started with a coffee cart during the pandemic.
Laidrey started as a coffee cart parked along the former newsstand side of the new café until construction could finally be completed. Gacia strictly follows the specialty coffee guidelines individually sourcing her own beans (not just private labeling or sourcing through a distributor), and roasting the beans herself on-site.
Now, this full-service roastery and café in her hometown of Tarzana is a dream come true.

Laidrey will be offering free monthly coffee cuppings, another rare distinction that demonstrates the level of commitment here. Food includes pastries from Bakers Kneaded, an assortment of fancy toasts, and weekend breakfast burritos from Bed and Breakfast.
Laidrey is open from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday and Saturday – Sunday.
