You can celebrate mom all weekend long because Fuego will be offering a Mother’s Day Brunch on both Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. featuring live Latin jazz from the Francisco Reyes Trio from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. both days.

The Fuego Mother’s Day Weekend Brunch menu includes starters and salads like the —-Grilled Lamb Chops with chimichurri, jalapeño pepper escabeche, spring sweet peas, roasted sweet potato, and cotija cheese;
–a House-Cured Salmon made with Serrano cream cheese, heirloom tomato, arugula, egg, capers, and bagel toast;
— a Watermelon Jicama Salad that consists of spinach, jicama, cucumber, mango, cilantro mint, pepitas, feta, and an orange guajillo vinaigrette.
Entrées include
—Fuego Eggs Benedict, two poached eggs, sweet potato cakes, onion, artichoke heart, spinach, asparagus, and hollandaise sauce;
—Pan-Seared Fillet of Salmon with citrus guajillo sauce, forbidden black rice, fennel, arugula, and radish cucumber relish;
—Honey Garlic Shrimp is pan-roasted jumbo gulf shrimp, honey parsley butter sauce, fideo, gordo bean, and cucumber relish;
–a 14-ounce Maine Lobster Tail, with achiote butter sauce, forbidden rice, and charred broccolini rabe.
Follow it all with special desserts for Mom to enjoy including signature treats like Cinnamon Sugar Churros served with caramel sauce and Haagen Dazs vanilla ice cream; and a Key Lime Tart that consists of a flakey pastry tart shell, filled with creamy lemon curd, and liquor scented cream.
A variety of Wines including Bubbles, Whites, and Reds are also available on the Fuego Mother’s Day Bunch Menu.
Fuego,the modern, Latin-infused indoor-outdoor restaurant and lounge, offers a unique seaside setting featuring 13-foot-tall glass walls that fully retract with seating on the patio area. Fuego’s stunning open-air views and expansive patio seating include the Pacific Ocean, Long Beach skyline and Queen Mary.
|Fuego restaurant is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday to Thursday and 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
