Wearing pumps and boots without hosiery has long been the norm. Most women don’t own pantyhose and tights aren’t always comfortable or work with a specific outfit. Give me casual events, and I have some great fun & funky socks, knee-highs, and tights to work into the mix. For business situations, that’s not an option, so I am hosiery-free unless it’s a subtle pair of tights that work with the outfit I am wearing.
