Recently appearing on THE VIEW, Mol looked amazing. Lovely she is but her make-up and make-up artist did a huge job on making her look even better!
Beau Nelson, make-up artist extraordinare and the creator of his own line Beauté

We got Beau to tell us what he used to get Gretchen looking so gorgeous on The View!
To get Gretchens look:
1) Apply Armani #4 under the eyes, middle of forehead, down nose and on chin with a moistened BeautyBlender sponge in a repeatedly tapping motion.
This distributes foundation over the face while providing maximum coverage from whatever product you are using.
Repeat this step with Armani LSF #5 but on the perimeter of the face. Using two shades of foundation adds subtle highlights and contours to give the face a radiant, dimension/ look.
2) Eyes: Apply NARS Alhambra duo (paler side) all over the lid and crease using Beauté blending brush. Using MAC Blacktrack Gel Liner and the Beauté flat liner brush, push black liner between the lashes from under the eye.
This gives the illusion of fuller lashes.
On Gretchen I used a lot of individual false lashes as well as Givenchy PhenomenEyes mascara to define and focus attention on her lashes.
3) Cheeks: After contouring with MAC Contour powders, I then added a touch of a soft pink blush to her cheeks with a soft blush brush.
4) Lips: Starting with clean dry lips, I applied Beauté Liqui-gel Lip and Cheek Stain in Fever to her lips using the doe foot applicator.

Lip Gel Stains
Working quickly, I used my finger to move the color around all over the lip before it set and stained. I repeated this step to get the depth of color I wanted.
The Liqui-gel stains for cheeks and lips are very versatile, for a tiny touch of natural color, use a little. For full-on color, use a bit more and repeat and layer color until desired depth is achieved.

I then followed application of the stain with a touch of Beauté Luminous Volume Gloss in Urge, a sheer red color.
Thanks to Beau Nelson for the beauty breakdown of Gretchen Mol, Given his directions, it’s pretty easy to achieve. A really good suggestion– BUY those Liquigel Stains for lips and cheeks. They are FABULOUS!!
