It’s the last day of November and I am late with National Diabetes Month content. (Ooops….. I got side-tracked with numerous tech issues)!
Better late than never, here are a collection of health and cookbooks to help you or a family member who is dealing with diabetes or a pre-diabetic condition! It’s worthwhile to take the time to adjust eating and fitness habits to manage these two conditions to be able to have a healthy life!
