I have some great cocktails for Coachella’s Weekend #1! These are really tasty! I have 2 cocktails featuring El Silencio Tequila and Mezcal along with 2 from Chopin Vodka that are sure to make you slow down long enough to make them and enjoy them!
El Silencio Cocktails!
The Silencio Flip:
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. El Silencio Espadin
0.5 oz. Licor 43
0.5 oz. White Creme de Cacao
0.5 oz. Heavy Cream
1 Whole Egg
Method:
Dry Shake,
Shake with ice,
Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe
Garnish:
Mint Bitters sprayed through an atomizer over a “Silencio Logo” stencil
Silencio Spritz:
Ingredients:
1 oz. Mezcal El Silencio Espadin
0.5 oz. Grenadine
0.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
Method:
Shake with icce,
Strain into a chilled champagne flute,
Top up with 1 oz. Champagne
Garnish:
Lime Wheel
