Whale Hello There (Batch Cocktail)
Ingredients:
+ 2 parts Gray Whale Gin
+ 1/2 part fresh lime juice
+ 1/2 part fresh lemon juice
+ 1/2 part agave syrup
+ Lemon peel for garnish
Method:
Combine all ingredients into a pitcher and stir vigorously.
Pour into a glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a lemon peel and serve immediately.
THE GOOD THYME TONIC
Ingredients:
2 ounces Gray Whale Gin
½ persimmon muddled
½ ounces thyme simple syrup,
1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice,
Tonic
Method:
Shake with ice.
Line a rocks glass with thin slices of persimmons and ice. Strain.
Garnish with sprigs of thyme and straw.
To make thyme syrup:
Combine 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water and 10 sprigs of thyme into a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil and let simmer for 10 minutes until thick.
Strain thyme springs out of syrup.
Set aside & let cool.
BLACKBERRY NEGRONI
Ingredients:
Campari
Gray Whale Gin
Sweet Vermouth
Method:
Pour Equal parts of Gray Whale Gin + Campari + Sweet Vermouth over ice,
Stir to blend!
Garnish with blackberries
